Crown Football Club of Ogbomoso on Monday 16th November 2020, held her first training session at the Training Pitch 1 of the Otunba Dapo Dina International Stadium in Ijebu Ode.
Before the commencement of the training programme, there was a prayer session and a minute silence observed in honour of one of the team’s most hardworking and dedicated players if the team, Usman Osein, who died on Sunday 15th November 2020.
The deceased, Usman Osein, fondly called Eiye during his playing days, slumped after forty-five minutes (45mins) of play while featuring for Gateway United FC, where he went on trials, in a friendly game with Seliama Wanderers.
He came back to life after being attended to, by the medics of Gateway United FC and taken to the State hospital for further treatment where he passed on to the world beyond.
