In some of the Sports medals that have been awarded which include Taekwondo, Wheelchair Tennis, Cycling, Powerlifting, and Athletics, Edo athletes dominated their opponents, producing outstanding performances.
In the results released on December 12, team Edo won 5 gold and 1 bronze in Athletics; Cycling -3 Gold medals; Powerlifting -3 Gold -5 Silver -2 Bronze
Michael Christopher performed brilliantly in the 200m Men T11 event and secured the first position with a stunning time of 24.65 winning a Gold medal for Edo just as Oduware Goodness, also made Edo proud in the 100m Women T37/38 In Para Athletics.

She dominated the race, returning in a time of 15.14 to increase the gold medals for Edo.
Emmanuel Obasiuwa won the first Gold for Edo in Para Athletics while Alli Ejike Christian secured Gold in the F57 class of male javelin
David Ikerebe got a Bronze medal in the 100m Men T37/38 with a time of 13.03 as consolation for his effort.
