In Chess, Team Nasarawa recovered from their slim 0-1 loss to Team Edo in their round two game on Sunday to play out a stalemate draw against Team Kano in their game round three outing on Monday morning.
In their first round, they made light work of Team Niger by 4-0.
They await their next opponents in round four later today.
Meanwhile, The State Hockey Team lost 1-2 to their Borno State counterparts decided earlier on Monday(morning).
Unlike the Chess Sport, the Hockey Team will be in action on Tuesday (tomorrow) for their next game.
