This year’s Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Inter Chapel Soccer Competition, one of the activities marking the 2020 Osun NUJ Press Week will kick off today Monday, November 16, 2020, at the Osogbo Township Stadium.
A statement by the Committee’s Chairman, Tajudeen Amodu, and Secretary Adeyinka Adeleke indicates that the Chairman, Osun Council of NUJ, Mr. Wasiu Ajadosu will perform the official kick-off of the competition during the first match between the defending Champions, Uniq FM. Chapel and Rave FM Chapel at 12pm.
The second match of the day will see Osun Defender Chapel trade tackles with last year’s runners up, Local Government Chapel by 1.30 pm.
The grand finale of this year’s competition, which also involves Ayo Olopon for the Veterans and Ludo for Women Journalists will come up on Wednesday, November 25, 2020, at the Osogbo Township Stadium.
