Future Stars thrashed Invincible Leopard 3-0, while Sunsel Fc defeated Winfure 3-1 to qualified from the group stage in the Warri center of the Felix Anirah Football Tournament.
In Ughelli Center, Caleb United won all three matches as they defeated Ogbe Ijaw United 2-1, but Ogbe Ijaw managed to qualified at the expense of Flying Rangers with a goal difference.
In the Sapele center, Zenith FC narrowly defeated Makalala 1-0 to join the rest of the qualified teams in both Edo and Delta State.
Day two of the final group games will kick off this Monday as J Atete FC will face T. Akoma in another dicey encounter where a draw will knock out one of the Group B favorite team if Micky FC can defeat bottom-placed Asisa FC who have not won a single game after two matches.
In Ughelli Township Stadium, Mighty Wonders will confront Catch Fun Eagles in a game the latter need just a draw but a win for the Eagles will see them through.
Free Tiger will be going for a maximum win against bottom-placed Mario 11 with no points after conceding ten goals. A win will see them through to complete the second team in Group B of the Ughelli Center.
