Major repair works have reached an advanced stage at the Lafia City Stadium in a bid to put the facility in good shape before the start of the new football league season.
The VIP and popular stands, as well as the playing turf of the stadium, are being given massive facelifts to meet the required standards.
An elated Nasarawa United Chairman, Barr. Isaac Danladi, who undertook a routine tour of the facility earlier today told the Club Media that he is optimistic works on the affected portions of the stadium would be completed in time before the 2020/2021 Nigeria Professional Football League season kicks-off next month.
Nasarawa United will play-host to Wikki Tourists of Bauchi on match-day one of the 2020/2021 NPFL Season on 6th December 2020.
