Following its consistent victory at the ongoing Lagos State Head of Service Cup, HoS CUP, the football team of the Lagos State SUBEB is on the verge of clinching the first position in the competition billed to end later in October 2019.
SUBEB team which is also the current defending champion in the competition had recorded three consecutive victories over its three opponents so far in the competition.
At its opening match, SUBEB Team defeated its opponent, LIRS with a 2-0 goal line and subsequently won the Epe Local Government Team with a two-goal against one.
In its most recent match, SUBEB Team gave a landslide winning to the STO Team at four goals against one
The Chairman of SUBEB, Hon. Wahab Alawiye-King who was elated with the performances of the players and the supporters challenged them to keep up the winning score-line and ensure that the first position is also retained in this year’s edition of the football match.
